In compliance with the French data protection law of 6 January 1978 amended by the law of 6 August 2004, you have the right to access, rectify or demand the withdrawal of any personal data concerning you. Notwithstanding the above, MB Diffusion may disclose general statistic which do not name you, including demographic data and information on the user’s activities.
The user is informed of this and consents to their data being transferred within or outside the European Union for the purposes of services such as running ads in multiple publications. MB Diffusion does so lawfully by making the required reports to the CNIL and by signing contractual clauses guaranteeing adequate personal data protection as defined by EU legislation.
